- When the doorbell is pressed, the incoming call rings on both the phones and the monitors, so the homeowner can quickly and easily connect with the visitor. Very convenient for villas with many rooms and floors.
IP video doorbell solution connected via mobile phone (mobile app)
Example: A visitor arrives while the homeowner is away and presses the doorbell button >> the call is routed directly to the homeowner’s smartphone. It works anywhere, with no geographical limits.
Wireless video doorbell solution over Wi-Fi
The system includes
- 1 doorbell camera: Usually installed at the gate or front door and connected to the door’s electric lock so the door can be opened remotely when needed.
- Doorbell monitor: Installed in the living room or bedroom (if the house has several rooms, monitors can be installed in multiple rooms).
Operating principle
- The visitor presses the button on the doorbell camera
- The homeowner sees the visitor on the doorbell monitor
- Press the talk button to speak with the visitor. The visitor and the homeowner can then talk to each other directly.
- Press the unlock button to let the visitor in
- A house with several gates can have multiple doorbell cameras with 1 monitor, while a house with many rooms can have 1 doorbell camera with multiple monitors. Multiple cameras can also be combined with multiple monitors.
Video door entry solution for apartment buildings
The building system includes:
- A doorbell button panel at the main lobby (it can be connected to the lobby’s electric lock >> anyone going up to an apartment must pass through the lobby or reception).
- Apartment monitoring phone station
- Doorbell monitors for the apartments (optional)
- Monitoring station in the security room
How the system works
- A visitor arrives at the building -> goes to reception -> reception calls the apartment -> using the doorbell monitor in the apartment, the resident sees and talks to the visitor and decides whether to invite them up.
- To invite the visitor up, the resident presses the lobby unlock button so the visitor can go up to the apartment.
- On reaching the apartment, the visitor simply presses the button on the apartment’s doorbell camera, and the resident presses the unlock key on the monitor to let them in.
- Residents entering or leaving the building can use a PIN code or access card to unlock the lobby door.

- The VoIP SIP door entry system connects to the VoIP PBX and can call the 113, 114 and 115 emergency services whenever needed.
- Residents can send messages or leave voicemail, creating a feedback box for the building’s services
- Emergency services such as the fire brigade can be called if a fire breaks out in the building.
- Calls can be recorded to improve service quality
